OpenSlot stores the business, customer, appointment, and conversation data needed to book and manage appointments. We use provider subprocessors for auth, telephony, AI, messaging, email, and hosting, and we do not sell customer data.

We do not use customer conversations to train our own models. Third-party AI providers are configured through their APIs and are governed by their current data processing terms.
